Your pet’s health is as always the number one priority for us at BVMC. Veterinary practices are being considered an “essential business” and our goal is to remain open to serve you and your pet throughout the COVID 19 outbreak. We are increasing biosecurity within our practice and ask that you help us protect our staff and clients by following the CDC guidelines.
To adhere to guidelines set forth by our governing bodies and the AVMA/MVMA we are streamlining our hours of operation to Monday - Friday 8-12 and 1 – 5:30. During those hours we will be scheduling appointments for all visits. When you arrive for your appointment please call our office to let us know you are here. We will continue to offer curbside assistance or you will be asked to wait in your vehicle until we can get you back into an exam room to limit client congestion in our waiting area. We ask that only ONE person accompany the pet for the appointment. If you are an existing client/patient we may be able to help you via a telemedicine consult to diagnose your pet’s problem and prescribe medication.
If you are considered a member of the high risk population due to age or preexisting conditions, we urge you to avoid contact with public places, including our practice, to keep you safe. Please call us and we will determine the best way to meet your pet’s needs.
